Getting Started

It seems that the whole world is blogging so here goes. With the sound of Handel's Messiah ringing in my ears (the choir I sing in will be performing it in April and I need to learn the bass tunes) I attempt to put meaningful words onto the screen, aware that the whole world could look at them, but probably won't. It's half-term, a chance to stand back from the fray and take a breather. I'm not a workaholic, because I can stop. However, I love my job so much that I'm often guilty of letting it take over my life. Is that a crime? I don't think so. But if I do go into school next week (and I probably will at some point) it will be because I have chosen to, not because I have to. I will relish the odd lie in I'm sure, as well as lots of lengthy walks with Jackie and Megan the dog.
